How to read this log

Four things to look for.

The log is plain on purpose. Each entry is one goal, with its owner, its status, its latest stage, and its timestamps.

Goals

Each row is one goal: what we set out to do, who owns it, and where it stands. Status is written by the runtime from real outcomes, not edited by hand.

Runs and the loop

Every goal moves through GOAL → OBSERVE → DECIDE → ACT → EVALUATE. A run is one supervised pass through that loop; the timestamps show when it started and last changed.

Self-improvement sessions

Some goals change the runtime itself — fixing a measurement bug, tightening an approval gate, building this page. They are logged like every other goal.

Evidence validity

Achieved means the acceptance tests passed against real state. Abandoned means the run was stopped or replaced. The runtime counts a claim only when evidence supports it.
