Then the growth team uses it for one campaign, with the brand reviewer retaining publication approval.

What happens when the product file is incomplete?

Use the cases recorded in Observe: missing facts, unauthorized access, an unapproved draft and a repeated request. The builder tries each case and compares actual behavior with the expected result. Rerun them after changing the prompt, model or workflow steps.

Take the first campaign through with the growth team.

The growth lead selects one campaign. An operator submits its brief and files, reviews the draft and sends it to the brand reviewer. Publication still requires human approval. Record elapsed time and rework from start to handoff, and capture AI traces in a tool such as Langfuse. If the workflow stalls, the team uses the manual fallback.
