One of five eligible jobs used the workflow this week. Where did we return to the old process?
The workflow is ready.
How does the team use it?
The pilot had close support from its builder and a few users. Everyday adoption requires more people to learn the method. A champion helps a user complete the first real job, while the manager provides time for practice and fixes. Then check whether use continues.
Complete one campaign with Raha, through approval.
Submit the brief and Drive link, review the copy, request Slack approval. Ask for missing facts rather than guessing.

Does the team still use the method the next week?
Inspect completed jobs and speak to users about where they preferred the old process. Fix concrete barriers such as difficult file submission or weak trust in the output. Attendance does not measure actual use.
Finding the right file was difficult. I also rewrote most of the email copy.
We’ll pin the source link in the brief. Leila will provide a good example and Nima will revise the prompt. We’ll try the next campaign together.

Team training and adoption plan
Start the next group when its guide, champion and support route are ready. Recheck quality and adoption in everyday work.
From a first trial to the team’s routine.
Starting group
Campaign operators complete one real job with Raha. Sara provides practice time. Leila reviews the output against the same brand criteria.
Before starting
- The Notion guide and approved Drive source are accessible.
- Users know where the draft appears, who approves it and where to ask for help.
What do we review the following week?
How many eligible jobs used the method? How good was the copy? Where did users revert? Raha collects barriers, Nima fixes technical issues, and Leila addresses quality. Review these before adding another group merely to grow the user count.
